Procedure to Open LIVE Account
As you have registered to open account using the welcome link above, it's time for you to send 2 types of document as an identification evidence:-
1. The first document was the identification certificate like your IC, passport or driving license that have your picture in front of your identification document, if you are sending driving license, pleasure ensure that your license is still valid and the serial number at the back of the document must be also being copied. To filled up the serial number for the identification purpose, ensure that your number follow the document you sent (ie: if you are sending passport, the number fill in the registration online form is also passport number)
2. The second document was address evidence. This document can be includes your Astro bill, electricity bill, water bill, Indah water bill, telecomunication bill or others bill that have THE SAME address with your identification certificate document.
3. Photostat both of your document and verify. Please look for a executive level for a verification purpose. The example of executive is a Lawyer, Accountant, Goverment servant grade A ( village leader, penghulu, district officer, teacher, doctor, lecturer and etc).
4. Sent your document through email to accounts@ibfx.com.au

apabila telah mendaftar LIVE akaun, lepas create, hantar 2 dokumen :-
1. dokumen pengenalan diri seperti salinan IC (digalakkan letak palang, tak letak pon takpe),atau passport ataupun lesen memandu yg ada gambar muka berserta slip lesen yg masih hidup (jika lesen tuh dah mati..)...
kalu pakai lesen, no lesen adalah no siri kat belakang slip lesen yg ada gambar, kalu slip tu dah mati, kena anta sekali bersama2 dengan slip yg telah di'renew'...so kena anta 2 salinan laa...satu slip yg ada gambar, satu slip yg dah renew...
ikut no siri yg ada kat belakang slip tuh, biasanya dia mula dengan huruf, contoh Q 12345...so isi saje Q12345 kat dalam borang registration tu...
2. Dokumen bukti alamat, dokumen ni tak kisah samaada bil letrik, bil air, bil indah water, bil astro, buku akaun bank atau apa jua yg alamat adalah SAMA dengan dokumen pengenalan diri...sebagai contoh IC dan lesen mempunyai alamat yg sama, so hantar IC dan lesen saja, tak payah bil..yg penting alamat adalah sama...
3. utk salinan dokumen pengenalan diri dan dokumen bukti alamat, ambil cop pengesahan tak kisah dari pegawai kerajaan or swasta (kalau swasta kena dari golongan professional seperti peguam, doktor swasta, akauntan, jurutera or sebagainya)...ala-ala macam mintak cop pengesahan sijil nak mintak masuk sekolah...cop pengesahan tak kisah bahasa apa, bahasa melayu pon boleh...minta cop dari ketua kampung pon boleh, janji ada cop pengesahan.
4. lepas dah siap dokumen beserta cop pengesahan, emailkan dokumen anda ke accounts@ibfx.com.au

1. Deposit Using Wire Transfer
When you have already registered with IBFX Australia, the time will come to deposit some total of money to your account in order to proceed of trading. You have multiple choice of deposit to your IBFX account which is Credit/Debit Card or Wire transfer. When you used Wire Transfer, step by step is show below :
1. Login into your IBFX Au account
2. Click on deposit icon, choose wire transfer
3. After choosing wire transfer, click print icon and the slip will be generated as picture below
4. Bring along this slipe into any bank for Wire Transfer

Apabila anda membuka akaun bersama IBFX Australia, tiba masa anda untuk mendepositkan sejumlah amaun kedalam akaun anda. Anda boleh memilih cara deposit menggunakan wire transfer seperti dibawah.
1. Login akaun IBFX AU anda
2. Klik deposit, selepas itu pilih wire transfer.
3. Selepas pilihan wire transfer, klik icon print, maka satu slip akan diprint seperti dibawah ini
4. Bawa slip ini ke mana-mana bank untuk proses wire transfer
2. Deposit Using Debit/Credit Card
Beside using Wire Transfer to deposit fund to your IBFX account, you can also use Credit/Debit Card for the same purpose.
Before using the card, please notice that the card need to have your name printed on the card and also your signature is well seen. For Malaysian citizen Maybank cheery card cannot be used because of no printed name on the card, but for Debit card from Public Bank it can be used as it has well printed our name above the card.

selain dari menggunakan wire transfer, anda juga boleh menggunakan Credit/Debit card untuk deposit kedalam akaun anda.
Pastikan jika anda menggunakan Debit Kad, kad tersebut mempunyai nama anda printed diatas kad, jika tiada maka kad tersebut tidak boleh digunakan , contoh : kad cheery maybank tak boleh digunakan, kad public bank boleh digunakan.
3. Withdrawal Procedure
In order to place your withdrawal, there are some procedure need to be follow.
1. Firstly login to your traders cabinet in IBFX main website, then select withdrawal
2. Fill up the form in the web as shown in the figure 1 below
3. Then click submit

4. After applying through your traders cabinet, there will be a form generated after you submit through your trader cabinet. You need to print out the withdrawal form and sign. The form need to be scan again and send it to accounts@ibfx.com.au . The form as in figure 2 below

withdraw kena melalui trader cabinet masing-masing dalam website IBFX seperti didalam gambar rajah 1 diatas, di situ ada link withdraw. Isi borang tersebut, selepas form itu diisi, terdapat satu borang seperti gambarajah 2 diatas akan dikeluarkan. Print out borang seperti gambarajah 2 diatas dan letakkan tandatangan anda apabila butir-butir yang ada dalam borang tersebut adalah tepat (jika tidak tepat, ulangi semula langkah 1 diatas dimana isi semula borang di trader cabinet di website IBFX. Bila borang tersebut telah sempurna butir-butir maklumat dan telah ditandatangan, scan borang gambarajah 2 tersebut dan email kembali ke accounts@ibfx.com.au
